Bank Service Charge is 3% for VISA, MASTER CARD, DINERS CLUB and JBC
Bank Service Charge for AMEX is 3.5%
Bank Service Charge is 2% for domestic credit card such as SCB, K-Bank and BBL.

You can pay by your credit card with our credit card imprinter (Zip-Zap)machine anywhere you stay or you can try our mail-order payment by just fill our company mail-order form, then fax or e-mail to us with your credit card copy.

Purchased are not refundable except airline ticket will be penalty charge 30% of full amount,

Hotel Reservation System :

When Anew Travel Co., Ltd. received your reservation request, We will immediately contact the hotel and check room availability with your request.
1). Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with the hotel with your information confirming your booking.
2). Upon confirmation (Usually within 48 Hours).We will send you a "confirmation of reservation" detailing the reservation and the hotels' payment and/or deposit requirements.
3). The electronic confirmation will have a due date deposit and/or a due date payment. The hotel may ask for a deposit to guarantee the booking. You may have to pay deposit within 2 days (By Payment System) to guarantee the booking. The total reservation amount left must be prepaid 12 days prior to the check in date. We will send you your voucher by email once we are received full payment.
Note : For some hotels especially in high and peak season the total reservation amount left could be prepaid 15 days or more prior to the check in date. In these cases you will receive all these specific details in your "confirmation of reservation".
